    • Twenty years ago, how much did you interact with people from other countries?
How about now?  What role has technology played in any change?
    • How does (can) social networking affect our view of the world and interaction with other cultures?
Has it had any effect on yours?
    • What are your thoughts on changing the paradigm of education?   How can education be re-imagined to address the economic and cultural desires of national and global society?
    • How could you envision a 'flipped classroom' model working for language learning? (lecture/presentation at home, teacher interaction in class)
What would be the challenges, advantages, and disadvantages?
    • How would being part of a global learning community affect language learning in your class?
How might gaming dynamics like 'badges, scores, and virtual role play' affect your students learning and participation in a global learning community?
